Our main focus is hygiene in response to the food packaging requirement, , it is integrated as a major component in the production process. We have personnel hygiene facilities set up in the preparation room where the workers can wash hands and put on clean protective clothing with cap to prevent contamination. Then they must enter a air shower room to remove the dust before getting into the workshop. We control among other things the handling of raw materials, the prohibition of eating, smoking and drinking in the production areas, the prohibition of wearing any jewels in those areas, the glass policy,the protection against insects and rodents, the usage of new pallets, the automatic packaging of the material, etc.
Our production line is equipped by the latest technological production facility for printing, film laminating, and bags fabrication including highly regarded Totani bag-converting machine and Fuji printing press.
